Winstona is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, working toward independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Pamela Cassellius. She sees clients in person at the Carthage office and virtually across the state.
Her therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and whole-person care. Winstona meets clients where they are, tailoring treatment plans to support their goals and promote lasting wellbeing. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
