What are billable rates?

Billable rates are the fees charged for the professional time and services you receive during therapy. These rates are what we submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you are using your benefits. If you are paying out-of-pocket, these same rates apply—though we also offer a sliding scale fee for those who qualify.

When using insurance, billable rates typically apply to:

• Scheduled therapy sessions (individual, couples, or family)
• Covered telehealth sessions
• Certain assessments or evaluations, when applicable
   

Some services may not be covered by insurance but can still be billed directly to you, such as:

• Extended phone calls or consultations at your request
• Report writing, letters, or form completion requested by you
• Coordination of care with other providers (with your consent)
• Preparation of treatment summaries or documentation for legal or non-clinical purposes
   

Our standard session rates are based on the type and length of the appointment (e.g., 50-55-minute individual session, 90-minute couples session). Any additional services outside of scheduled sessions are billed at the same hourly rate, unless otherwise noted in your agreement.
