Session fees
Session fees are $200.
**For clients without insurance coverage, we may offer a sliding scale option to help accommodate financial needs.
Promise Counseling, PLLC offers additional consideration of sliding scale fees for services dependent on the financial needs of clients. Please contact office with questions regarding fees.
Insurance & Payment information
When Insurance is Billed
- You may be responsible for: copay, coinsurance, cost-share, or deductible (based on your insurance’s allowed amount).
- Any fees not covered by insurance—including copays, coinsurance, or full session rates—must be paid at the time of service.
Your Responsibility as a Client
- Understand your insurance benefits, including:
- Copays
- Coinsurance
- Deductibles
- Out-of-pocket costs
- We can help you gather the information you need to check your benefits, but we do not determine coverage.
- Fees and coverage amounts vary by plan—call your insurance provider and ask for your “outpatient mental health benefits” for an office visit.

⚠️ Not all clinicians accept all insurances. Please contact Promise Counseling or check provider profiles for accepted plans.
Using an Outside Agency or Program
- If you are working with an outside agency or program (including some military resources) to cover counseling costs, the client is responsible for all session fees until payment arrangements are confirmed and established.
