Insurance Session Rates:

Intake Session $200

Individual Session $200

Couple/Family Session $200

Group Session $40

When insurance is billed, clients may be responsible for a copay, co-insurance, cost-share, or deductible of the insurance allowed amount. 

Allowed amounts, copays, co-insurance, cost-share, and deductible fees vary from plan to plan. Clients are encouraged to call their insurance company and ask for their "outpatient mental health benefits" for an office visit to learn more about their personal payment responsibilities.

All insurance claims are billed at the full fee session rate. 

Some insurances are accepted as in-network. Promise Counseling PLLC will courtesy bill claims for clients with in-network insurance benefits.

We will gladly provide necessary documentation for those who wish to file out-of-network benefits. More information for out-of-network benefits can be found under "Resources & Forms".

Sliding Scale Fees are offered to clients who do not have, or choose not to use insurance. 

Promise Counseling PLLC offers a sliding scale range from $200 to $40 per session based on clinician licensure and client annual income.
