Carly is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, working toward independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Pamela Cassellius. She sees clients in person at the Charlotte office and virtually across the state.
Carly takes a holistic, whole-person approach—addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each client’s experience. She draws from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
