Currently accepting new clients in Carthage and virtually!
Christine is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, working toward independent licensure under the supervision of Dr. Pamela Cassellius. She sees clients in person at the Carthage office and virtually across the state.
Christine is passionate about walking alongside women and moms as they navigate the many layers of life—from anxiety, depression, and burnout to identity shifts, hormonal changes, and the mental load of motherhood. She provides support through pregnancy, postpartum, early loss, parenting neurodivergent children, and finding balance in relationships and roles. Christine also works with couples feeling the strain of parenthood, helping them reconnect and build stronger foundations. In addition, she offers a compassionate space for older teens as they step into the challenges and growth of young adulthood.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic—blending person-centered therapy, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and attachment theory. Christine believes in addressing the whole person—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually—and works with each client to create a personalized plan that honors their unique story and goals.
